Shipping Pricing

Shipping price is based on weight and approximate radius from point of origin. Packages that do not use Flat Rate Box service are generally priced based on weight and zone.

Order Delivery

We make it a priority to get your items to you as quickly as possible. However, once a product has been shipped and is in the possession and control of the carrier, and the package is lost, stolen or does not arrive due to shipping, we are not liable for the replacement of the order. You must contact the carrier to resolve lost or stolen packages.

Venus Odyssey orders are fulfilled from several different inventory warehouses. If your order includes items from multiple different warehouses, you will receive multiple tracking email notifications and delivery dates.

Once an order is placed on venusodyssey.com it will be processed and fulfilled within 24-72 hours. All orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only.

We currently DO NOT ship orders outside of the U.S. except to U.S. Military Bases
