We make it a priority to get your items to you as quickly as possible.  Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Venus Odyssey orders are fulfilled from 3 different inventory warehouses. If your order includes items from multiple different warehouses you will receive multiple tracking email notifications and delivery dates. Once an order is placed on venusodyssey.com it will be processed and fulfilled within 24-72 hours . All orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. If your toy stops working, you may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customerservice@venusodyssey.com.

If you received an incomplete order, please send us a picture of the package within 14 days! Please don't open or tamper with any of the toys or boxes, as we can't help with toys that have been opened or used.

I input the wrong address what can I do?

If you entered an incorrect address or had an autofill mishap, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can correct the address.

However, if the order has already shipped, we cannot edit the address. We can notate your account and if the package gets returned to us, we can redirect the package to your correct address. We aren't liable for misdirected packages and no refunds will be issued.
