How do I know which type of lubricant to use with my sex toys?

The best way to find out whether you should use water-based, silicone or hybrid lube is to read the product information that comes with your sex toy. Water-based lubricants work well with all sex toys so are a versatile option. The main thing you need to remember is that silicone lubricant should never be used with silicone sex toys, as that can lead to breakdown of the toy’s substance.

Is there a cheaper model?

When it comes to sex toy prices, they can run from $15 to a few thousand dollars. Sex toys, especially good quality ones aren't cheap. While there may be less expensive versions, you're not getting the exact same sensation from different vendors. It should also be emphasized that pricier is better quality, and the longer life it will have

Can I order if I am under 18?

No. Thanks for stopping by but, U.S. and Canadian law require you to be 18 or older.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. Shipping prices and delivery times vary.

How are the items packaged when shipped?

All Venus Odyssey orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Signatures are NOT required for delivery, unless the order value exceeds $300. If you would like to add a signature requirement to your order please contact us at or email us at customerservice@venusodyssey.com

How quickly can I expect my order to be delivered?

We make it a priority to get your items to you as quickly as possible.  Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Venus Odyssey orders are fulfilled from 3 different inventory warehouses. If your order includes items from multiple different warehouses you will receive multiple tracking email notifications and delivery dates. Once an order is placed on venusodyssey.com it will be processed and fulfilled within 24-72 hours . All orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only. Standard Shipping: 4 – 7 Business Days . Priority Shipping: 2 – 3 Business Day. International varies.

Do you have expedited shipping?

If you need express shipping, please be sure to choose it as your shipping option. Orders will still take 24-48 hours to send out.

Can I return something if I decide I don’t want it or don’t like it?

All sales are final, for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even on unopened merchandise.

If I receive a damaged or defective product, what is your return policy?

If your toy stops working, you may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customerservice@venusodyssey.com.

If you received an incomplete order, please send us a picture of the package within 14 days! Please don't open or tamper with any of the toys or boxes, as we can't help with toys that have been opened or used.

I input the wrong address what can I do?

If you entered an incorrect address or had an autofill mishap, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can correct the address.

However, if the order has already shipped, we cannot edit the address. We can notate your account and if the package gets returned to us, we can redirect the package to your correct address. We aren't liable for misdirected packages and no refunds will be issued.
